Few days back I read this interview in DNA, where Raman Roy, the man who helped American Express and GE to start their outsourcing operation from India (first of its kind in India) commented that “a mild (??) US recession is good for BPO”, he didn’t mean though, specifically any particular country will be benefited from it, he was speaking in favor of the BPO industry. You can read the interview here.
